I thought you'd get a kick out of knowing that when I was told the first thing out of my mouth after "is he ok?" was "did he take pictures?"

you never realize until moments like this just how critical thumbs are... and just how difficult is is not to move them...

The bad thing about it is no carving for a while.

Would you please limit your carving activities to wood next time? You do a much better job on wood than on your hand. Get better soon!
