I was surprised when I drove through South Carolina today. I filled up this morning at a little gas station in SC at "only" $3.53 a gallon. Somehow they're twenty cents less than Georgia and North Carolina. Lower state tax per gallon or some kind of subsidy, it's good. I think I'll write about that in my next post.
